you need to take care of your chronic fatique syndrome 1st, it's much much more important than gaining/losing your weight!!! Once you're cure and can exercise, I'm sure you'll lose your weight easily... so, talk to your doctor a.s.a.p! Good Luck!!!

I know its hard, but any exercise you can do now will help.
Walking is still the best form of exercise, and you can do it at your own pace.
I agree that giving up eating between meals is a good idea, but perhaps you should try 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones to keep your energy levels constant. That way you may find it easier to exercise.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you can't do high impact exercise, I would recommend that you buy a low impact exercise DVD. Rosemary Conley does a chair workout, which you can do sitting down.

Whilst you can control weight by diet alone, you'll find exercising as well will really make a difference. Plus it will keep your metabolism high meaning you can burn fat quicker. The higher your metabolism, the quicker you burn calories, even if you're sitting still.

Also, stick to a diet. Weight Watchers is easy and really works.
