22 years God Bless you!
It is important not to stir the hive as a first attempt to have your discharge upgraded. Your DD214 should be on record in Missouri, that is the Reserve-Records capitol. You need to contact the Inspector Generals office and they will direct you accordingly. Start there and use there information wisely. You will get more done at a quicker pace, killing them with Kindness. Most people want to help, strike up a conversation with someone in a clerical position and relay your intentions.

Good Luck!

22 years, you need to petition congress for an upgrade. They court marshalled you for falling asleep? Just get with your congressman and they should be able to help you, and after all this time it should get approved to at least a General Discharge.
