Why is it that so many atheists GROUP ALL CHRISTIANS in ONE personality catagory??? Majority will say "Christians THIS and Christians THAT."
A heads up!!! We are all individuals JUST LIKE YOU . Some are passive, some are aggressive, some like pizza, some don't LOL, some are athletic, some aren't, and so on. Some SHARE allot of personal beliefs and others have an entirely DIFFERENT take on the same subject. Some like camping, some don't. Sorry to spell it out but it's just THAT simple. WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT. What we have in common, but we aren't robots- just like YOU aren't.
I posted something yesterday which I ultimately removed because the responses got so nonsensical, not picky and we accusing me of things I never said or claimed to even condone, it was absolutely ridiculous.
Talk to me based on what you KNOW, by what I tell you, not generalizations or assumptions. Thanks!

I don't think all christians have the same personality. I know many christians and they are all different. Everyone is different...if we were all the same we would be living in a boring world. Kinda like the "Stepford Humans".
I don't make it a habit of coming into the R&S section much since I am atheist. I answer questions concerning atheism when I see them in the new question category. I am sorry you got a lot of crap answers to your question, but not all atheists are like that.

Isn't it interesting how you're complaining about being lumped when you're lumping right now?
Dude, not all Athiests are crazily judging.
Some Catholics do it, some Agnostics do it, some Muslims do it. It's just the way our pathetic culture handles indifferences.
(Additional Info)
Haha!
Isn't it funny how when you critisize the world and mention culture people rate you a thumbs down? I think it's funny, actually. I never insulted any religons and I still get critisized for speaking my mind.
See? It's not just SOME Athiests and SOME Christians. It's in general, the people who don't understand how to respect other's beliefs and not push. Just ignonre these losers that push things on you, you're the one with intelligence.

Now that you've gotten that out of your system....
For one week, notice how many questions referencing atheists are insulting and generalizing. Put them on your watchlist too, and check to see how many BA the lone answerer who also slanders atheists.
Use your position as a Christian to actively speak out against the lies that are put forward by your co-religionists about atheists. They have a hundred and five ways of dismissing us, maybe enough Christians speaking out will make a small dent.
Always look to see if a generalization is a lie or a lazy use of language. The latter isn't worth getting worked up about, you'll just stress yourself out.

Unfortunately, too many atheists have had this done to them by some Christians as well. If you look around, you'll also see that in Y!A. A whole study (and book) was actually done by a Christian to "prove" that most atheists had bad or no relationships with their fathers, so that's why they reject God the father!

I'm not saying it's right; I'm just saying the cycle has to stop someplace.

So true. There is a great saying, my own actuality:
There are two kinds of people, those that believe there are two kinds of people, and those that don't.
It's all a matter of some people clinging to the simplistic childhood perception of dualism, that is to say my side and the other side.
We all believe such different things, and for such different reasons. It pays to listen to others.

I don't group, when I say crazy insane christains, I mean the crazy insane zealot christians, not the sane ones. If my comments do not apply to you, then don't take offense to them. I am aware that there are some who actually act christ like, sadly you seem to be in the minority, in a sea of crazy insance christains.

They don't think like that. Please don't think atheists are like the bashers/trolls in this section. Mature atheists do not come in this section for obvious reasons, what we get are the bottom of the barrel rabid atheists. I figure most of them are under 15 years old by their ignorant questions/answers. You cannot expect common sense and/or logic from these people.

This is human nature on both sides.
Maybe after reading your question/statement we can be more cautious when choosing our words.

I'm glad you qualified 'so many' atheists but you marginalised agnostics by excluding us.
