This has got nothing to do with the state Islamic countries are in. It's all about Sharia Law. Muslims believe it is deeply offensive and unacceptable for any Muslim to live under any Law except Sharia Law. Their desire is to have the whole world under Sharia Law. So they are spreading out world-wide and will use any means, legitimate, subversive or illegitimate (according to other national Laws) to achieve their religious goal of having Sharia Law established. They will subvert existing Laws (like the Human Rights Bill) to exert pressure on governments, to elevate their status and gain equal footing. That's why they are delighted to be in countries like Britain and America where people are daft enough not to investigate the religious reasons at back of Muslim political actions. Secular societies are easy pickings for religious extremists because secular societies think religion is daft. In some cases, it can be, but religious extremists are not daft and know how to play on such ignorance, to their own advantage. Wakey wakey!

I like tour answer from 'vedastoc.....'!
England have exploited so many different counties, overseas and in the British isles that I am surprised any one wants to visit at all.
The Americans like to visit because it's 'cute', like a little Disney land.
I think most of your replies are from folk that have probably travelled as far as Spain, and likely been kicked out of there!!!
As for the Islamic faith what does your average English person know about that??? Nothing, what does the average English know about their own religion?? Same again nothing!!!
BTW I'm not Muslim I'm atheist , and also very proud not to be associated with English!!
I do know that no immigrant comes into England and can just live off the 'fruit of the land'!!
Do we not have very large bunch of English that are doing exactly that???
Stick your 'English hospitality' right up your English *********!
Hope this helps????

Muslims, Christians and Jews understand the great danger the international community is in today. The dangers of Hezbollah, Terrorists, extends beyond Israel's borders to the 'doorstep' of every democratic, freedom-loving nation. Jews, Christians and Muslims have been accustomed to being libeled, hated, and used as scapegoats for the world's ills. However, the difference today is that Jews,Christians and Muslims have linked together, both by a need to defeat terrorism and our commitment to a common set of moral and spiritual values. Israel's enemies are the same terrorists who want to kill all Muslims, Chrisitans and Jews.
Given the global dangers we face today as Muslims, Jews and Christians together, we begin to see the ongoing opportunities to forge even closer bonds

I don't know but I watched some programme last week and and Indian woman was been interviewed about when she gave birth to her child and she said the hospital was so bad that the next time she has a child she will go back to India as the uk hospitals are not good enough THE CHEEK!! our free nhs system is one of the main reasons everyone comes to this country and the reason it is failing is because they havent' got enough staff or money to support the extra people!!
I asked an Indian man once why he chose to move here and not America or somwhere else his reply made my blood boil he said we are the best country for state handouts, housing, and healthcare!!

for heaven's sake may I, to put an end to this debate an Indian (I'm atheist BTW) say something:
1. England is two times smaller in size than the state where I live - (Gujarat) with a cold, frozen weather and a declining economy.
2. English girls are horrible, not our taste. Indian/Paki girls are a lot beautiful and feminine.
3. It was the English who were the first ones to get bored in their tiny island so you did some exploration bit and landed in what is now India-Pakistan - in the name of "fair" trade we were plundered for two centuries so that you guys get rich -
NO I'M NOT COMPLAINING - but you can't deny facts.
4. Now it's our turn to do some "exploration" and so a few of our people land in your frozen island yearly to earn a quick buck that's all - when we're all level I promise you we could have all the Pakis repatriated say by 2035.
5. Of all the Indians who ever go to England, 99% belong to only two states Gujarat and Punjab - this means there is no such EMIGRATING culture from India as you imagine - and all the past emigrants were from places like East Africa, Trinidad - now they are a confused lot - they don't belong to India as they have nothing in common with us - so you KEEP them - none of our concerns

If Islamists find Western countries too free and open, they can always emigrate to Islamist countries. However, more Muslims would give anything to be able to experience the freedoms and prosperity of the West.

Why not? most Muslims I know are part of a tight-knit Muslim community....in those areas it's more like how can non-Muslims bear to stay in the area for one day.....
I'm not quite getting your point, care to clarify?

"When a foreigner lives with you in your land, do not mistreat him. The foreigner living with you must be treated as one of your native-born... " ---Leviticus 19:33-4"
That is not the problem, the problem is the way they behave towards native British. They expect everyone to accommodate their language differences and social/religious customs. Sorry but that's just not the way it should work.

Whats wrong with the UK? I'm British and live abroad now, the UK is a great place to live and I miss it a lot. I would rather live in the UK than a Muslim country any day, if they didn't like it they would'nt live there would they?
