it's spanish and it means:

I NEED A FRIEND.

Necesito= 1st person of the singular of the verb necesitar ( to need)
una= ( a, an ( una is in femenine))
amiga= friend( femenine)

AND IT DOES COULD BE ( NECESITO A UNA AMIGA). but it would mean the same.
