I think just apologizing and admitting you were wrong would make a man happy, but you want to make it more special. Do romantic things you would like him to do to you. When he gets home, greet him with a huge hug and a kiss. Take his coat, have dinner ready, maybe offer to rub his feet or massage his back. Make him a jacuzzi, and join in if he wants you to. Or slip a note on something he uses a lot (like his wallet or his toothbrush) telling him that you love him, and no matter how many arguments you have you will still always love him.

Oh yeah, and, if he wants (which he probably will), makeup sex.

Say you're sorry, but be sure you back it up with apologetic actions, men don't respond to words as well as women. Cook him his favorite dinner or give him a back rub.....A romantic evening(sex) haha will also probably work....Gifts are not a way to go, unless it's something he really really wants.

I always like some food I like. The way to a man's heart is through his stomach.

After the big fight and all emotion have calmed down.

I go to my dh and I apologize sincerely... Later, while he either takes a shower or when he lays down I give him the best BJ... and remember to swallow ;)
