In the context of Christian theology, it's generally considered "Good" that Jesus is crucified, since it allows him to forgive the sins of his followers.

But are there any details that most Christians think were bad? Could some of the details be changed and still allow for the forgiveness of our sins?

God is in charge of His plan of salvation.
God forgives our sins.

How can we possible know if "some of the details be changed and still allow for the forgiveness of our sins"?

From a worldly human point of view the were many details about the Crucifixion that were "bad":
+ An innocent man was executed
+ A mother lost her son
+ Many followers lost their spiritual leader

But the Resurrection of Jesus Christ made up for all of these "bad" details many times over.

The Crucifixion was a new beginning for mankind and not an end.

With love in Christ.

It is not the crucifixion, but the resurrection and even more so the ascendence into Heaven that is the main crux of the matter. Because anyone could be crucified on a cross and it was common practice. And in some views its not a "forgiveness" - our sins were transferred onto Jesus and his grace was transferred to us.

there really aren't any details that are considered "bad" - but there are details which wouldn't make an impact on anything if they were different - if Joseph had been a farmer or bricklayer instead of a carpenter - for example, it wouldn't have mattered.

You must have been having a bad day indeed.
I couldn't begin to tell you how many people the Romans crucified but there were many thousands.
So many in fact, that I understand it was the regular job of some people. I didn't know this until I was an adult and started reading roman history.
Something Latin scholars do as a matter of course, that was omitted from my modern education. Prior to that ,I always thought it was something unique they did just for Jesus and the other 2 on Calvary that day. I don't think it was unfortunate though ,at that time it would have seemed even more miraculous that God would send his son to die in a common criminals death.

I think a lot of the Jesus fairy tale... that is how the information through the spirit ends up as... is mostly wishful thinking... the spirit world developed over time by satan and now others who feel the right to rob a human of their spirit... 2000 yrs of constant robbing of the spirit produced a lot of unatural noise... so when mother nature knowing it was not possible wished it was possible for someone to return from the dead..the devil waned people to beleive it could be so... and then built his own fairy tales around it... he used it as a means of torture... for he will in the spirit say that this person is the reason you cannot be reborn or that person is the reason someone has lost life... the truth is he steals your spirit... which stops becomming your the moment he stole it. and you lose control of anything... there is a lot of imbalances and illnesses mother nature tried to stop but in the end he had everyone beleiving it could be done because he manipulates the general understanding spiritually... one great fear that did occur is that people began envisioning waking in their caskets... I think people who dress up in their coffins forget if it were possible to wake up according to the Jesus story they would wake up as they were burried... so thank goodness and thank the laws of nature that withstand most of the pressure.. that comming back to life is not possible... both people she mourned over were creamated.

I have to say that God was very very intelligent when he decided upon the crucifixion as a way to outsmart Satan. I think it was sad that Jesus had to endure the pain although I understand it's necessity! Such Love! God allowed it so it was all necessary! Now we do not see or understand many things, he says--like the mirror--but one day we will! I am content with his truth!

Not quite; It's bad that humanity put the son of the living God to death;it's good in that through Jesus death, those that believe in Him as God will be saved

Again, it's bad that people hearts were that hard(and really still are today) such that being convicted in their hearts made them to decide to kill an innocent man.It just goes to show how vile, wicked&evil people can really be when they dont have God in their hearts.

If Jesus existed(I believe he did), he faked his death, the gardener that chatted with Magdalene was Jesus himself... Read the Bible and pay attention...
