I think swimming would be better, at least at first. It's cool and it's not high impact but will offer good exercise. Then, when the child has lost a little weight, gymnastics or some team sport might be the next step to fitness.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

any form of exercise would be great........ even if it started just by walking.... important to get started and maintain it ...... make it fun for them not like a chore.... like my daughter like bike riding , so the whole family will go bike riding, walking, hiking , kayacking together..... makes it more enjoyable for them , rather then to be pressured......
