If you are in love with yo gurl and she decides to get her tonngue or belly pierced would you break up withher. You think the piercing so unattractive and she knew this already but got it anyway. would you just get over it or dump her.

I don't have the piercing yet but i have wanted it since i was 9 and i don't see it as that big of a deal but hew does i'm tryna find the problem with me getting it but i can't. It's not like i'm going to walk around with my tounge hanging out anyway.

I love him and he plans on proposing to me in August but I don't want to loose him ormake him mad but he making me mad. ITS JUST A PIERCING NOT A TAT. He got my name tattoed on his arm and didn't ask me first. But i'm not mad even though i don't like it. I can always remove a piercing.

If i was a guy I wouldn't necessary dump her but if she already knew how I felt about the piercings then I would be very upset and let her know. And have to really think if the relationship was worth it if shes just going to get stuff done even if I ask her not to. If your in a relationship its not just about you anymore anyways, you have to think about the other person too and respect there opinions.

If you truly love a person you don't care what they get done to them. The type of piercings are easily covered up or as in the tongue taken out for important occasions like say a classy dinner out with the parents. Or do you have control issues???? It is HER body.
Is there something deeper going on that really is playing a part here?. Maybe you don't feel as strongly towards her as you thought.
Get over it!!

Well its not your body so you really don't have any right to tell her what do to. I had a boyfriend who said he would break up with me if I got my lip pierced. Like a fool I didin't get it pierced. We broke up and I got it pierced. Since I started seeing my current boyfriend in 2001 I've had my eyebrow pierced (present from him), my bellybutton, my nipple and two tattoos (the first one was also a present from him). He loves me no matter how many piercings and tattoos I have and thats the way it should be.

I would break up with a girl for spelling guys as guyz, your as yo and girl as gurl.
As to piercings, if I really hated them and found them disgusting and the girl is aware of it and gets them anyway, then sure I would consider breaking up with her. A relationship should consider both peoples feelings. It's a selfish act to think "it's my body" and not take your partners feelings into consideration.

dump her. There are plenty of girls out there with respect for their bodies that don't need to pierce anything get attention.
Besides that she already knew your preference and made the choice to disrespect it. If a girl does something like that she deserves to get dumped.

A lot of guys would be pleased that their girl has got a tongue piercing, it has certain benifits
As for the belly piercing, that's fine too.
It's more facial piercings that bother people

know i wouldn't. if you truly love someone you can't by past new changes if you don't like them. in fact like them or not he should have learned instantly to love the new factor, not dump u. love is different with every one but you should always love that person regardless of what happens to their appearance. personally girls and piercing are great i think that kind of thing is hot. but if you like them and you think you'll like them for a while to come no man should make you take them out because he don't like them do it when you fill its time. ttul

Well, if you knew he doesn't like it but did it anyway he may feel like you don't care about what he thinks. However, it would really be extreme to dump you because of that (especially if it's in the belly, what the f**k does that change). So no, I strongly doubt I would dump my gf for this I was really in love.
