Assuming you have a Windows XP CD.
Put it in the computer and restart...Watch the screen it will ask you if you want to boot from CD (hit any key) then when asked delete all partitions, format the machine, (you can set up multiple partitions if you want) and follow the onscreen instructions to install Windows XP.

If you do NOT get the boot from CD option you MUST go into the BIOS and change the boot order to CD before hard drive.
Watch the screen on bootup it will usually tell you what key to press to enter setup. (Try esc, or delete or F2)

NOTE: XP will not install as long as it detects that VISA is on the machine. Microsoft does not easily allow a system downgrade thus the need to format before installing XP.

If you have a second hard drive partition on the computer you can install XP on that partition and have a dual boot computer. At start up it will ask which OS you want to boot to.
BUT only one Operating system per partition.
