there really isn't anything you can do at this point, baby teeth do a lot of moving and shifting during the childs first years, most dentists will tell you the same. After the child has started losing his/her baby teeth and the permanant ones come in, and if they are crooked, see a dentist and they will get you a referral to an orthadontist, don't worry

Sounds like a classic case of his teeth being too big for the actual size of his mouth - unfortunately - in the future that would spell B-R-A-C-E-S! Not much you can do about that. When baby teeth are coming in crooked the chances of adult teeth coming in that way are a good chance - besides that - adult teeth are bigger and if there isn't any room for baby teeth then bigger problems are on the horizon. Although my mother-in-law had this theory of pinching her babies teeth as they were coming in - she said that is help them to grown in straight - Granted all of her kids had nice straight teeth - but I personally don't think it had anything to do with her theory.

It is probably from him sucking his bottle. If he is only one his mouth is going to grow allowing more room for his teeth. So they may straighten out later. If they don't, I wouldn't get too worried about it because his baby teeth are going to fall out and be replace with his permanent ones. If his permanent teeth are still crossed then you can think about seeing the orthodontist.

His milk teeth will fall out anyway. Check how his permanent teeth grow at about age 7 years. If they are skew then put some braces on. Do not do this at home. See the Dentist.

Nothing you can do. But because his baby teeth are crooked doesn't necessarily mean his permanent teeth will be.
If his permanent teeth are the same way, the answer is to get braces when he's older.

They are baby teeth. Don't get worried about them. When the adult teeth come it like that, that is when orthodontists come in to the picture.

They are baby teeth. They will fall out. Don't worry unless it is so severe as to prevent him from eating.

your son is too young to decide something, we cannot come to any decision until your son gets new teeth and then if the problem still exists then you should consult a dental expert.
