If your really trying to loose wieght you should do what I did.

If you tough enough.

You see......

Turn to exercise channels and exercise before you eat anything.
Do not eat if you didnt exercise.
That way it burns off everything.
You really should do like jumping jacks and sit up.
What I did was do 55 jumping jack then I did 28crunches,28cross crunches then 28 sit ups.
