Yes!!! Tommy's in Toms River, last summer I threw a shower for my BF there, it was a lunch buffet, 6 entrees, salad, rolls, cake, soda coffee(BYOB, no liquor lisence) private room and staffed for $17 per head. It was GREAT deal, my husbands family holds all their stuff there, its truly a great place.

The stafford fire hall is very nice,and is rather inexpensive to rent. I live in Atlantic county but have friends up that way and have attended several events at that hall and it has been very nice. You could also consider having an outdoor type shower. Its very inexpensive and can be very beautiful if you decorate accordingly.
