"It's the Hard Knock Life" from Annie
No one cares for you a smidge
when you're in an orphanage
It's the hard knock life!
Seriously though, sing a fun song.... the one that I loved the most at that age was one that got faster and faster when we would sing each verse. Or one that makes people interact with each other. I grew up with Christian songs, so they're the ones I remember the most, but I don't know if they're the kind you're looking for. Without knowing more about why you're going to the orphanage, or where the orphanage is, it's difficult to guess what song would be best.
It'd also be fun if you could pluck a bunch of TV or Movie theme songs on the guitar, and you had the kids guess which one you were playing... Pink Panther, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Sponge Bob and other popular, easy to hear themes.

10 & 11 year olds are at that cross-over age where they're atill kids but they're trying to be teens. Though they may enjoy the folky type songs, you may lose a god bit of your audience with them as well. I suggest going through your own list of folk, musical theatre, pop, whatever is in your repertoire already and pick out the most witty and funky ones to play to them. Anything hip or gross will likely capture their attention! Stay away from Annie & Oliver... please. I think that would be terrible to sing them songs about being orphans! Have fun!!!

Songs from High School Musical are very popular at the moment - I can't see how mention of the orphanage is relevant (unless you weren't inviting serious answers of course!) - children are still children wherever they live.

Sing upbeat and fun sing-along songs-
The Unicorn (green alligators and long neck geese...)
The marvelous little toy (it went bump when it moved, bop when it stopped, whirr when it stood still...)
Waltzing mathilda -
Copy and paste the words into a song sheet to pass around so people can sing along.

Any kids song. Im sure they are going to be happy regardless. Why don't you wait to get there then take requests?
Good Luck, and you are a special person to be doing this.

annie... JK! ummmmm i always loved disney songs... but hey who knows if they like those. dont pick to little kiddy ones b/c my sister is 10 and they HATE those kinda things. it really depends on their maturity level tho. ur best bet may to just take a bunch of music and ask them what they prefer. you can look up some sites that give u the tab to chords... yea hope that helped :)
