the average height of a US white non-hispanic is 5ft. 4in. it all really depends on the amount of stress you incur, and the average height of both of your parents. The only person who can answer this question honestly is your doctor, don't rely on someone on here's opinion, get medical attention if you are worried.
"Most intra-population variance of height is genetic. Short stature and tall stature are usually not a health concern. If the degree of deviation from normal is significant, hereditary short stature is known as familial short stature and tall stature is known as familial tall stature. Confirmation that exceptional height is normal for a respective person can be ascertained from comparing stature of family members and analyzing growth trends for abrupt changes, among others. There are, however, various diseases and disorders that cause growth abnormalities. Most notably, extreme height may be pathological, such as gigantism (very rare) resulting from childhood hyperpituitarism, and dwarfism which has various causes. Rarely, no cause can be found for extreme height; very short persons may be termed as having idiopathic short stature. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2003 approved hGH treatment for those 2.25 standard deviations below the population mean (approximately the lowest 1.2% of the population). An even rarer occurrence, or at least less used term and recognized "problem", is idiopathic tall stature.
If not enough growth hormone is produced and/or secreted by the pituitary gland, then a patient with growth hormone deficiency can undergo treatment. This treatment involves the injection of pure growth hormone into thick tissue to jump-start the growth process."

Age is a consideration, but the sole criterion is the height. Go the wensite of World health organisation, and dig the information. Normally for a girl, the approximate weight in Kilo Grams on the lower side is One-Third her height in Cms. For evey ten years add 2.5 Kgs. This is for twenty year old. For eg, a girl of 5ft height , the height in cms would be 152 Cms and the weight should be between 50-52 Kgs. Other than this try this formula. Weight in KGS, divided by the square of Height in metres is Body density index. if this is below 25, it is okay. 25-35 is obese, and more than 35 overweight.

All you are going to find is a statistical mean (the avrage) for the population. There are many variables involved: race, diet genetics to name a few. Another thing, women vary very little in height from 17-22. After the onset of menses, a woman grows another 15% (approx) in height as their body's priority changes to other things.
Check WebMD, or GOOGLE the US Bureau of Statistics for a large pool of data.

the height depends on the genes of the parents.the height growth hormone will stop working after the age of 18 ( for some people it is 22yrs)yrs.where as u can try some height increasing exercises ie hanging from horizontal bars, hanging from a pole which is at little more height than you,or high jump etc, before the age of 18( for some people it is 22yrs).there is no specific ratio of age to height.
regards.

the formula is very simple. the height in centimeters minus hundred will be your ideal weight. If your height is 150 centimeters then the weight will be 150 minus 100 i.e. 50 kgs. This is rule of thumb.

ht of m/f in inches should be equal to his/her wt in kgs, for example if a person's ht is 6'3" it will be equal to 75" so his/her minimum wt should be 75 kgs.
