You never need a tummy tuck to loose all that weight... but for sure it will not loose weight on its own. You only need to get proper exercise. A good diet. Jog daily... Avoid eating food and drinking beverages with too much fat, very high calories, and too much sugar. I am not saying you shouldn't eat these foods. All I am saying is regulate the in take. A few weeks later, that fat from the pregnancy will be gone. It is healthier than a tummy tuck and less expensive if I may. And it also takes out a few years from you.

I still have my tummy one year later - I know its hard o look at. BUT, I havent exercised much. Walking is the best way to burn tummy fat! I plan to walk walk walk w/ baby now that the weather is getting warmer. Some of it will shrink on its own but not over night. I wouldnt do a tummy tuck unless exercise doesnt work. I thought about it too...LOL...but it wont look the same as actually losing the fat. Congrats on the babes!

Every body is different to how it reacts, but with most women with exercise and healthy eating it snaps back on its own. The thing with tummy tucks are they leave scars. If you want evidence/proof that it will go back look to the movies to the millions of starlets who have had babies and only months afterwards gone on to be bikini babes in a movie or two. Its very very possible to get most of it back.

Just remember for the first few weeks its not only the stretched skin, but the womb inside of you that has to shrink. Breast feeding will help it shrink, as well as general exercise.

I chosen to vaccinate my toddler. yet i comprehend many people who have not. in actuality, my 9 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous nephew is purely now commencing up to get a number of his vaccinations. one venture that I do believe is delaying a number of them. i think of while they're older, their our bodies are extra geared up to preserve the vaccinations. I had a set of twins and with exercise everyday I lost my tummy within 4 months. That means lots of situps and leg raises and I stress the word EVERYDAY. You can find the time to do it when they are taking their nap.
