No.
Laziness and simplification has nothing to do with the reasons people are attracted to creation theory. Belief in God is why people are attracted to it. Believing that the Bible is inerrant is the reason. Believing that man was made to mimic God, that we weren't all here by random chance. These are reasons for it.
But it's not a simplification theory for the lazy-minded. That's just a random insult by an atheist who is evidently too lazy to try and understand the other side.

The simple minded are the ones who are too lazy to read Gods Word and find out for them self the truth. By the way, it is not a creation theory, it is God Created. Try building the Heavens and the Earths and see if a Lazy Person could do it. Notice I said Heavens and Earths, PLURAL. There are three (3) Heaven and Earth Ages. We are in the 2nd. The First ended at the ATTEMPTED Overthrow of Satan and 1/3 of the Angels who followed him. We are living in the 2nd, The 3rd is yet to come. You can READ about the Heaven and Earth Ages in the Book of Peter if you would like to know more. Even a lazy person can do this as it does not take long to look it up and read it.

Which begs the question, "Is it necessary to insult people who believe differently from you, especially if neither theory can be conclusively proved to be 100% accurate?" Or is it a sign of a simple mind that can not accept that different does not necessarily mean wrong or stupid?

No its not a theory and it takes a brilliant mind to accept it. God created the world and all that is in it. It is simple though to follow God makes life more joyful and simple.

No, because it takes really impressive mental gymnastics to believe it. I find it a lot easier to believe Darwin. He makes observable sense, especially when you see the changes in domesticated animals just over historical times. Since we do it rapidly with animal husbandry, it is easy to see that Mother Nature does it more slowly with the same sorts of forces: mate selection and care of the young, survival of the fittest.

Your here and the animals are where? They say mutations happen at a regular rate in evolution? Can you name me a mutation thats happen is say the past 10,000 years?20,000?
Pin point it for me please? I'm just a stupid monkey.
In the past say 6 million years of evolution has it taken, x- amount of mutations, to take use from monkey to our preasent self? Take 6 millon years devide by x-mutations and I just don't belive it adds up, then I just a stupid monkey.

All myth is simplification and frequently allegorical. Not all simplification is myth. ID and 'creationism' (creation theory?) are myth, however.

No. We still study evolution too, it is just we believe that God is behind of this whole operation. I believe in the Bible record.
