I know someone living in a camper, her only income is $400.00 a month. She has no idea I want to do this for her. She has multiple scolious (sp?). She also has a felony, which disqualifies her for many benefits. It was not a violent crime. Everyone needs a second chance and help from time to time. Would you, could you help me find out how to help her?

I think this is a fantastic thing you want to do. Have tried your local churches and charity organizations? There are also lots of opportunities for help from the government and county and city programs for single women. How about Food stamps and the WIC program?
