On a medical standpoint... It is NORMAL...
In any measurements done scientifically, when you say NORMAL, these means that the general population fits the criteria. When you are above or below that "common" range, it does not necessarily mean that you are a freak or there is something wrong with you.
It just means there are variation in everything... be it your height, weight, size of shoes, etc.
