We all have to hold things to be true in order to make decisions; that is the process of living our lives. As a simple example, I hold (believe) that the sidewalk will not cave in therefore, I can decide to walk to work on the sidewalk.
I think we all have a longing inside of us to know our Creator even though we're unsure whether He even exists. But if we want to know our Creator, we must seek Him and to seek Him, we have to hold (believe) that He does exist.
So belief is an act of will necessary in order to accomplish a goal.

You could be an agnostic. The agnostic position is basically that we don't know if there is a God or not, and cannot be proven one way or another.
Edit:
I am not saying that this is the way to go - just listing it as a third option, in answer to your question. Myself, I believe that believing in God is the best choice. Why sit on the fence? That's basically what you're doing if you're agnostic.

The question you have asked has only two answers, #1 Believe in Jehovah God, #2 Do not believe in Jehovah God. Believing in something else does not make Jehovah God disappear. Jehovah has always been and will always be around regardless of what man believes. I believe in Jehovah God.

No, there are only two ways, two choices! One way is God Almighy, the other is Satans.
have a read of Mathew 7:13.
Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, (which is Satans way)
and many enter through it ( why? because it's easier for the flesh to follow the ruler of this world)
But small is the gate and narrow the raod that leads to life (why? because we are up against Satan and the flesh which he rules) and only a few find it.

NO, because it is not just about a choice of believing in God it is about a relationship with God, a lot of people want to go to heaven but don't want a relationship with God, because the other place is just unthinkable to go to. But why would any who don't want a relationship with God want to go to heaven where that is exactly what will be occurring for eternity. Choose this day whom you will serve:
But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."

There's a whole host of possible gods you could believe in, but you either believe in a deity or you don't.
