Girls and guys both usually don't trust because they've been lied to by plenty of others before. After a certain number of people swear they love you and then screw you over, it gets very hard to believe. She could also just be insecure by nature; some people are.

its not that she doesnt belive her boyfriend it just makes her feel special most likely and if u dont want to say it as ofton buy her something like flowers or candy yes its cheesy and girls wont admit it but they do love it. youll figure it out after you get her the present spoil girls and they will love you for it.

Tell her often, but more importantly show her. She does sound a bit insecure in the relationship. Showing her, by doing special things for her, or noticing how nice she looks, etc..., will help her to feel better about it.

If she's asking all the time, then she may be insecure. Do you ever tell her without her asking? Is there some compelling reaso for her to be insecure in the relationship? I would ask her that if I were you.
