So now you're advocating institutionalizing people of faith? Wow...I hope everyone will keep this question in mind the next time they talk about how narrow-minded and disrespectful Christians are. Faith is not a mental disorder. I work for a psychiatrist, and I'm sure any one of the severely depressed, distraught and mentally anguished people that walk through the door each day would much rather have the "disorder" of religion, than the truly crushing weight of serious mental illness.

This is neither a question not makes any sense.
Think it is you who should perhaps go to the mental hospital.
People who believe in God are not nutters and do not think you are any different because you do not follow the same way of life. This statement you have said could be insulting to Christians, Jews, Muslims and also to people who have the unfortunate welfare of suffering from a mental disorder.
Get a life

You might mock...but do you realise that there are more people detained in these type of hospitals over religion than anything else.
The whole idea of where we came from; is there a God etc., etc is too much for some people to bare and they develop a religious psychosis.
Very sad to see.

We don't send people with bad grammar to jail and you don't send people who believe in God to mental hospitals. Are you referring to the people who are delusional, because this is not the same thing.

Matthew 18
19Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
[verses taken from kjv]
Even there we would be praising GOD and praying that you know JESUS.
John 3:16[kjv] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with his blood.
With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

you and i may think they are nuts, but you can't stick someone in a nut house just for their belief, no matter how ridiculous it seems, just remember, a lot of them think were equally nuts for not believing, despite the TOTAL lack of evidence.
