What Sunscreen is Best for Sensitive skin??

I have rosasea or something and anything with irritants such as alcohol make my face sore and red. Maybe one w/ moisturizer?

I love Eucerin SPF 60, specially made for very fair skin, scars, and other skin problems.
I can use it on my face all the time. You can get it in less than 60 as well.
