Is this pronounced Soh-bray or Sob-ray [in spanish]?

It's none of the above!

Try this:

"Sóh-breh"... with the stress in the first syllable(as indicated by the accent mark I artificially added) . Do avoid (please!) the 'ey' sound for the letter "e"; it's rather a dry 'eh' sound. Also, it would be perfect if you could 'roll' the 'r'... can you?
