somewhere near the end - the guy or girl finally get around to it
one great scene comes to mind in that movie with Renee Zelwigger and Tom Cruise - the one where his client says show me the money
- the scene wear he professes his love and she says shut up - "you had me at hello"
- most often though people tell their love during or after being intimate, or in an embrace
- you can word it like this: "I believe I love you" and act surprised
- this way if they don't reciprocate right away then there isn't so much pressure - you are just expressing your feelings not asking for a commitment

Sometimes they say action speaks louder than words. Even you dont say much the word "I Love you" to your partner or to your girlfriend she will realize how much you love her by the way you treat her, the way you show you care and how compassionate you are to her. Oftentimes, if we say "I Love you" all the time it became as easy as 1 2 3. You should only say "I Love You" to the person if you mean it from the bottom of your heart.

U can say 143 by expressing u r feelings in a card / a letter/by talking with u r sweet heart if u r in love don't delay to say.If u express in right way u would not get no from u r sweet heart.

Depends on what kind of a relationship you have.
You could always buy roses or chocolates, take her out somewhere nice, give her big hugs and tell her you appreciate all she does, do the dishes or ironing, take out the garbage or say 'I LOVE YOU, I REALLY DO'.
