I had a chance to have a good friendship with a beautiful sweet girl and it seems like i've ruined it by being arrogant rude and disrespectful.Why does she still continue to be polite,cordial and even let me talk to her?Does she still care in some way?

Mabe she feels that the way you are treating her is not the real you. Tell her your sorry for the way you have been treating her and just be yourself.

You can find out if you stop being arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. Say hello and ask her to go for a coke or coffee and be nice. She may say no, but she should give you a good reason if she is still interested and may take a rain check. If she is not interested any more, she will just say no.

She's got manners so she's not going to be rude back to you, but you may have blown your chances with your arrogant behaviour. You may want to try and be charming, considerate and friendly next time you want a good friendship.

Sounds like she's taking the high road, and has class. Have you tried apologizing for your behavior? You can ask for a second chance, but you need to watch yourself.

You sound like you were horrible to her but she is still being nice, maybe she is just a genuinely nice person. Stop bein horrible to her and respect her for who she is!

She prob forgave you. It was prob a incident she figured that was not totally your character at all. Just address it and say sorry. You'll feel better and she'll feel better that you apologized.

maybe it's just in her nature to be sweet and nice. maybe she still cares. know what, apologize to her and change. :) do that now :) don't waste your time wondering.
