What you call the matrix of contradictions and errors were intentionally inserted, so that the scriptures could not be read literally or historically. While most people ignore it, the Bible itself warns that the higher reality of the soul and the inner Kingdom ( http://GateOfEden.com ) is incomprehensible to the mind of organic man (see http://ebionite.com/defeat.htm ). Yet, within the allegorical text, lies concealed profound truths that when the lost prodigal sons become a sincere disciple of TheWay, needs to find the Inner Kingdom. So what some people call contradictions, were purposely interted into the text so that it could not be read and believed as an historical narrative.
Throughout most of man's history, religious beliefs were controlled by the governments, who used these beliefs to control the thinking of the people. Therefore, when a true mystic who was of an Anointed mind (Messiah/Christ) would appear, he was immediately deemed a heretic and turned upon. And since organic man always sees in reverse of his higher soul and spiritual reality, the only means to convey essential truths to the sincere disciple was through the use of allegory which the masses of people and their sectarian and secular leaders were blind to the true meaning. When these essential truths were written literally, they were destroyed. So the only means to preserve these truths, was to conceal them within the enigma of an allegory. The matrix of contradictions were intentionally placed there, so that the disciple would seek beyond the cloak of the written word that Paul correctly portrayed as the "letter that killeth".

Posts such as this simply shows one's ignorance. There are no contradictions in the Bible, just people who lack the scholarship to understand it.

JESUS loves you.
John 3:16[kjv] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with his blood.
With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

Say, why do you ask Christians about this in the first place? Do you REALLY want to know the truth, or is it just because you just want to prove that the Bible is wrong and full of holes?
If you really want to know the truth, then ask God. He wil tell you what is true.
If you just want to prove that the Bible is wrong, then, why?

Sounds like to me that you're just trying to find a reason "not" to read the Bible. If you would give your life to Christ, and pray before reading the Scripture, you would find that there are no errors in Scripture, and that it is in fact, the inspired, infallible, inerrant word of God.
