DO PILATES!!! I do them on a daily basis and i did them in high school 3 mos before prom and i fit in my size 12 dress then. They are wonderful...walmart has a dvd called "crunch" cardio pilates. the same brand, which is crunch, also puts out a dvd that has a 10 min ab workout, 10 min thigh work out, and a 10 min butt work out. It is quick, very simple and not boring. they work great. if you do this you almost dont even have to run. i never do, cause i have athsma. and remember, it isnt what you eat...it is how much...your stomach, the actual organ is no bigger than your fist...that is how you judge your portion size...you can eat anything you want in moderation. good luck and god bless

Can't anwser the dress size thing, persay. But congrats on getting married.
Good tips I have learned and don't eat 5 hours before bedtime. Make sure you have something high in cal in your meal. will boost meta.
Also, stop drinking soda products at that time too. They interupt your enzymes causing belly fat.

To be honest u r right dieting wont help ur tummy tone up as its loose muscles from having ur baby. u should try things like sit ups. get some one to sit on ur feet if u find it hard to do. what is very good for doing stomach muscles is one of them big balls. like a giant bouncy ball i think they use them in yoga. anyway u can sit on these work u stomach muscles and it isn't sore on ur neck r anything like floor sit ups can be.

Put on some music you love and start using your stomach muscles.
Sit ups is an obvious start.
