To increase your height, your diet must have lots of calcium. Also sleeping 8 hours a day or more would be of great help. Try drinking a glass of milk before you take your vitamins before you go to bed and you sure would get good results! Good luck!

Actually if your age is under 18 then it is very increasable to your height, so from my advice you just start cycling daily early morning for half-n-hour.
It is really very usefull thing to increase height in this age.
And If your age is above 18 then you have to start exercise in any Gymnasyum, because exercise is also very good to increase our height.
