Mobil One, Royal Purple and Valvoline Synthetic are the only ones I would put in my Z. Though there really isnt much difference nowdays between the different oil brands and types becides being synthetic and non synthetic. I still put Royal Purple in my Z though.

Mobil One 10wt x 40 wt. for southern United States 5wt x30 for northern states. I buy mine at K mart or Wal Mart on sale and use factory filters The table is on section 9 page #6 temperatures and viscosity. And read that owners manual.

I personally would use synthetic. Mobil One, Royal Purple are both good synthetic oils. They cost a bit more but it's worth it seeing as it prolongs engine life and runs a bit smoother as well. Also if you were talking about which weight to use...IE 5W-30,10W-40, etc it should tell you in your owners manual what to use.
