I've notice the liquid egg products at various supermarket chains but am hesitant to try it. The only thing I know is you won't need to break the shells anymore. Can someone please advice if they are good as compared to shell-eggs? If its good, then why are people still eating shell-eggs?

Price is the answer-the shell-less eggs are more expensive. Also-some of the liquid eggs products consist of whites only-like Eggbeaters, so check the label if you give them a try.
By the way-producers of commercial eggs do not allow the hens access to roosters-thus, the eggs are never fertilized and there can be no "half formed bloody fetuses" in commercial eggs-only the organic free-range kind. Use some common sense, people!

It sounds really gross to me, but it might just be the name "liquid egg." Plus, how do you know if there was a chicken fetus in your egg or not? There could have been a few bloody half-formed chicks in the vat of eggs and they just strained them out and you would never know.
