what can i do when i am in a relationship that reminds me of all my exs which one of them i never wanted to leave in the first place i dont think i am ready for a serious relationship but am in one and dont know how to tell him that he reminds me of my exs that i still care for

Don't put this guy in that position. If you are not in love with him for what he is, then let him go find somone that is. You are not being fair to him.

don't tell him that he reminds him of your ex. Simply tell him you want to slow down your relationship. Take things slowly and work out your feelings for your ex. He is an ex for a reason so try to move on with your new guy, or breakup with him, as it is not fair to date him if you are not 100 percent into the relationship.
