New York Style Pizza Dough
Ingredients Required
* 1 1/2 cups warm water (105F)
* 4 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
* 1 tablespoons of olive oil
* 2 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar
* 2 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
* 1/2 cup cornmeal
Step by Step Procedure
1. In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in water.
2. Add oil and flour and stir with heavy spoon for 1 minute.
3. Turn out to a lightly floured surface and press into a circle.
4. Sprinkle yeast evenly over dough and knead for 12 minutes.
5. Divide dough into portions: 6 oz. for Calzones, 18 oz. for 12 inch, 25 oz. for 15 inch
6. Roll each portion into a ball. You want a dough ball without visible seams except the bottom.
7. Place dough balls in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to proof for 1−2 hours at room temperature to use the same day, or store in refrigerator to use the next day.
8. Place dough ball on lightly floured surface, and lightly flour the top. Use fingertips to evenly flatten out the dough ball. Work from the edges to the center press dough into a 12" circle. Place both hands within the shell edge and stretch with fingertips and palms maintaining an even pressure. Or, use a lightly floured rolling pin to stretch to desired shape.
9. Sprinkle cornmeal or semolina on pizza peel (a wooden paddle with a handle to slide the pizza in the oven) or a cutting board. The cornmeal allows the pizza to slide onto the stone easily.
10. After topping the pizza, when you are ready to cook it. Shake the peel or cutting board to make sure none of the dough is sticking.
11. Carefully slide the pizza into the oven.
12. Bake in a 500 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until crust is golden.
Additional Information
* Cooking pizzas with this dough should be done on a baking stone. Using a pan will produce a very soft "doughy" crust. The stone in the oven should be preheated to 500F for an hour prior to baking, and should be placed in the middle of the oven.
* (This recipe makes about 34 oz. Adjust ingredient amounts for your purposes)

I am half Italian and we make pizzas every week.
For about 5 pizzas use:
600g bread flour.
1 sachet of yeast.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix together.
Add lukewarm water until the dough clumps together but isn't too sticky.
Place flour on the worksurface and knead for 20 minutes.
Place somewhere warm for at least an hour and half.
Preheat oven on the highest setting.
Then roll out. You can use one of the baking stones you can buy to place in ovens if you want it to become really crispy and warm.
Make sure you mix origano with the tomato sauce and ALWAYS put the mozzarella cheese on last.
Buon appetito!

Use tomato sauce, and add herbs. If it is available to you, try the italian seasoning mix of mccormick. This gives the smell of authentic italian pizza. Hope this works for you.

This is the pizza recipe that I use - It's from Mario Batali, and it comes out great every single time...
Pizza Margherita
Pizza Dough:
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 ounces fresh yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup passata
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced into 12 equal pieces
8 leaves fresh basil
Combine the water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and stir until dissolved. Add salt and 1 cup of the flour and mix with a wooden spoon to make a loose batter. Add 2 more cups of the flour and stir with the spoon for 2 to 3 minutes to incorporate as much flour as possible.
Bring the dough together by hand and turn out onto a floured board or marble surface. Knead for 6 to 8 minutes, until you have made a smooth, firm dough. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a towel. Set aside to rise in the warmest part of the kitchen for 45 minutes.
Cut the risen dough into 4 equal pieces and knead each portion into a round. Cover again and let rest 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place a clean pizza stone in oven to preheat.
Dust a clean work surface lightly with flour. With your fingers and palms, flatten one of the dough rounds into a 10-inch oval about 1/4-inch thick. Spread 1/4 cup of the passata evenly on entire surface of dough, leaving 1/4-inch of dough to form edge of pizza. Take one piece of mozzarella, slice into 4 uniform slices and put on top of passata. Rip 2 leaves of basil into smaller pieces and sprinkle on top of mozzarella. Slide pizza directly onto pizza stone and bake 15 to 18 minutes, until edge of pizza is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Repeat with remaining 3 dough balls and serve hot.
Recipe adapted from Mario Batali: Holiday Food
Other Pizza Suggestions:
Pizza Marinara:
Pizza dough, recipe from above
4 plum tomatoes
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons fresh oregano, roughly chopped
4 cloves fresh garlic, sliced thinly
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare dough as directed. Thinly slice one tomato and place on dough. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil over entire pizza. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon oregano and 1 clove thinly sliced garlic over tomatoes. Bake on a pizza stone until crust is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Repeat with remaining dough. Serve hot.

Dude, I went to culinary school, took baking classes, and was just about to knowledgeably answer your question. But then I saw your avatar, and my mind almost entirely erased. I'm just now regaining basic motor functions, so I can respond, but I have forgotten how to do much anything complex. That is the most F****D UP picture I have ever seen in my life. I just remembered, this answer takes me to level 2. Thank you.

Why bother, most superstores sell them ready made, just add the tomato base and fillings of your choice.
