actually, you'd be lucky to be STANDING by june 13th!!!!
i know you don't want to hear this, but i'll say it anyway as i've seen people try this before.
to lose weight, start by reducing your required calorie intake by 500cal, which according to your bmr would be 1250 cal/day.
If you restrict calories too much, your body start shutting down non essential systems (like hair and nails - not a good look without them) to conserve energy.
make sure you are consuming plenty of fresh fruit and veg, plus a healthy balance of protein, carbs and fat. your best bet is to speak to a dietitian/nutritionist for the best advice for you and your situation.

first of all eating only 500 energy an afternoon is fairly risky. On an known day (in case you prefer to stay extremely skinny) you should consume 1500 energy. maximum people who restrict their calorie intake to 500 energy or decrease than are considered anorexic. i'm no longer asserting you're or something i'm only pointing out a actuality. besides you probable only burn 4 hundred energy in the pastime you're doing. All day you burn energy from walking and doing familiar projects. while you're doing a single work out an afternoon and burning 4 hundred energy in one consultation i would not worry you're burning sufficient and dealing out sufficient to stay healthful and extra healthful.

Your body will go into starvation mode and once you start eating again it will come back plus some. You should at least be eating 1000-1200 you can still lose 3-4 pounds a week as long as you continue to exercise. Its better to be safe than sick.. Good Luck!

You might, but once you start eating "normal" again, you will put on all the weight you lost and more. You should eat no more then 500 calories Less than your body consumes in a day to safely lose weight.

you might but this is very unhealthy you need at least 2000 calories a day and healthy ones like from yogurt fruits and veggies stuff like that . drink tons of water this will help you loose weight faster . I would suggest drink nothing but water for a beverage up to June 13 and you will tell a difference in many ways . your complexion should be clearer you will have lost weight and you will actually start to crave water over whatever you usually drink and it will help keep the weight off easier .

And if you manage to do that, on Flag Day, June 14, you will probably collapse, get stuck in a hospital and given IV's and counseling for an eating disorder.

no, probaly not! your body will go into starvation mode and begin to shut down. You could possibly go into a coma. 2 lbs a week is a reasonable weekly weight loss. If you really want to lose 20lbs in a couple weeks try colonics ( done proffessionally) it will be mostly water weight but it's better than starving.
