what I'm getting at is almost all christians believe in free will. If we are all really capable of choosing Jesus than that would mean that the ones who do choose Him are somehow deserving because of their ability to choose good. But I believe that we are all dead and through His mercy He quickens some of us, and gives us the ability to believe. It is all of Christ and we who are glory bound are no better than the vilest sinner. only were forgiven through the blood of Christ.

It has nothing to do with good enough. Not one of us is good enough.

Salvation comes from faith in Jesus Christ.

No. It's not that they are not good enough. Jesus is God's gift to all who will accept Him. None of us are good. That's why we need a savior. I've wondered this same thing before. What cause some to come when the Holy Spirit calls and others to reject Him?I really believe it's as the scripture says... I don't remember the verse... but it says because they love evil.I think that some people when they are shown their sin, just won't repent because they love their sin too much. You can't be forgiven without repentance. If they loved the truth, the truth would set them free.God bless!!

It's a person's choice whether they follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.

God gave everyone a free will. It's their choce if they don't want to follow Jesus or not. If anyone don't follow Jesus they are just blind to this world to see the truth. In time they should know the truth and the truth will set them free.

NO. To follow Jesus or to follow Mohamed or to follow any other religious leader..i.e. prophet...messiah etc. is a matter of choice as is choosing to have a personal relationship with God. He is waiting for all people to come to him. He will direct us in all things if we allow him to do so.

No, they march to a different drummer. Although many who answer you will tell you that choosing not to follow makes you even more unworthy than you already are to touch the hem of his garment.

good enough for what exactly? Everyone is good enough, many just don't believe enough? Life takes to many under and they can't get out from underneath it. Uplift, don't tear down, that's what I always say.

In their own mind they might think so, but Jesus doesn't feel that way. Jesus died to forgive EVERYBODY.

Faith is a personal choice. You can not judge others by what faith do they have.... It is just how they behave towards themselves and the surrounding world.
It is about behavior not about faith
