Is white chocolate chocolate at all, or does it simply have the same texture?
My favorite is the exact opposite: 73% brilliantly dark semi-sweet chocolate. The darker, the better.

Um... hm... well, any high quality dark chocolate. Not 99% cocoa, but say 70-80%, organic, quality ingredients. Yeah. Good stuff.
