i'm trying to face my PO with as much info as i can get. i got caught for intoxication and my first meeting is this friday. and my stupid *** has thc in my system, but i don't even know if i'll get tested, but i want to know how she'll react. this is my first offense so i'm going on the first offenders program so i won't have a record. but i smoked this past weekend for my prom. i just wanna know what will happen before i have to get 40 bucks for a detox and let my parents knwo what happened. i have connections with the legal system that's putting me on probation, and i had to head of the legal department call and inquire about my case so they won't try to mess with me.

First of all, we all know that you shouldn't be using illegal drugs, or abusing prescribed drugs. That said, you should most definitely NOT be using while on probation/parole.
The levels of THC in your system will depend on how much you normally smoke. If you don't smoke often or heavily, it may not even show up in a test.
Don't even bother with any of those detox drinks. They test for those anyway, and it will only make matters worse.
If you are going to be tested, your best bet is to be honest and upfront. Unless it was a condition of your probation, you shouldn't be arrested for using, but make sure to say you won't do it anymore. If it is an issue, request treatment.

I have been asking for that very thing. What do you get..'form letters' and passed off to another so called 'customer service person' who hasn't got a frickin' clue about what had been said before. I asked why they are not stopping the Troll activity. I get a letter from some ******** explaining how to block. I said I can't block more than 200..I got another letter that not even I could figure out.. Town meeting...good idea in theory impossible in reality. Despite their statements..Yahoo couldn't care less about their 'valued customers.' Bet this answer to your question will get a violation notice.

Stand up and be honest that is the best for dealing with them. Know your faults and correct them. Come on your on probation follow it. Pretend that your probations is a frozen lake in early spring. Tread very lightly and stay on the hard pack or you will fall through it! Follow the rules!! If you do you will have nothing to worry about. You see it is harder to break the rules because you have to watch out for the cops, friends, crooks, whatever. But if you follow the rules you dont even have to worry about that stuff!

Usually, they do a breathlizer and a urine test; as you are going to fail, look forward to spending whatever your original sentance was behind bars as your probation/parole will be automatically revoked (regardless of what "connections" you think you have, it won't help if you come up dirty for a PO visit).
Also, regardless of what you think, even if you are underage it your records sealed at 18, any law enforcement individual will be able to see your prior record for the rest of your life.

Like I said in your last post, just tell them. Get the slap on the wrist, do the community service and get on with your life.
By the way, those detox things are a waste of money. I've done literally tousandsof UA's and they never clean the junk out or your system.

Guessin that the whole idea of probation and what you can and can't do was lost on you. Your "connections" went out on a limb for you and you screwed them as well. Hope she violates you.

lol, your not going to jail or anything. you should be honest, tell them you were expermenting, Your PO deals with this kinda of stuff everyday. you can fail the first one but not the others
