There is nothing wrong with your cats health just because he is white haired, with one blue eye and one yellow eye. Your cat are one of a kind a individual. The problem is not how to get your cat use to your adult doberman. The problem is to get your adult doberman use to your new cat. When a animal is small it can adopt and get use to new stuff, but if you have a old adult dog that have to adopt to something new it is kind of hard. It will take time.

No, it's a good thing that is known as an odd eyed cat. You would be worried if they were both blue, sometime they are deaf.

As far as your dog goes does your dog know cats? Some Dobies that have not been brought with cats are not sure about them. See how your dog is with her. I'd keep an eye on them. Your dog may be fine you just never know. Now on the other hand my father's Dobie hated cats, but would come over to my house and was an angel around my cats. So hopefully your dog will love the kitten it could very well happen. Just don't leave them alone until you're sure, that they are good with each other. Good luck...Your new kitty sounds beautiful.

No, quite common in white cats. Only health problem I can think of is this: she's quite possibly deaf on the blue eye side. No kidding. Blue-eyed white cats are often deaf, but when only one eye is blue, they are only deaf on that side. So for a cat who's not destined to be a world-class musician, you probably won't even notice if she has this problem, since her other ear is likely perfectly fine.

It is rare, but not so exceptional, many white cats have that. It is no problem as far as her health is concerned. About the doberman, I would be more worried.

I haven't seen many like that, but my aunt has two. One's long haired and the other short, both females. They're mean little devils, I've heard all those type are though. Maybe you have an exception?

I read that white cats who have one or two blue eyes are usually deaf.

It is common to pure white cats. Many of them are also deaf.
I am not a geneticist so I cannot tell you why that is but it is common which does not mean that there are not many exceptions to those senarios.
