You've taken the first two steps; realized you have a problem, and the desire to give God control of your life.
I cannot help, other than offer encouragement, as your problem is a personal one. Unfortunately, my prayers are all of thanksgiving, not asking for God to change God's master plan. If it is God's will that you recover, it will be so.

First you must realize that in the flesh dwelleth no good thing. RO 7:18.
For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.\
Sin is an ally of the flesh and has great power over the flesh as well as a strong influence on your life.
Galations 5:17 says
For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
You must also realize that the nature of man is to sin and you are accustomed to it.
Jeremiah 13:23
Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.
Romans 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Read the word daily, it can and will make you wise unto salvation. You need to repent of this sin, part of repentance is turning your back on it at vowing to do it no more. LEARN TO FEAR GOD the scripture says that Fear is the beginning of knowledge and wisdom. While God is a loving god and his mercy's are everlasting he is bound by his word to bring swift judgement against the wicked.
Do these things and you will overcome your sin, if you have a relapse, repent immediately Matt 26:75 and pray for divine help Eph 6v.18.
God bless you in your sincerity. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, they will be filled.
I too have had to overcome addictions and understand.

Sure I will keep you in my prayers. I know that this can be difficult to let go of. i have a brother who actually suffers with a "sexual addiction" and people don't realise that it can be a very difficult thing to break away from.
Is there anyway to put something on your computer so you can not access the sites? The best way to get away from temptation is to not be around it.
I heard a quote once that I found cute "When fleeing from temptation don't leave a forwarding address"
God Bless, and I pray you will find a release from this.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Do you think Satan will give up on you because one is saved,he may leave for a period and just when you think you have conquered it,it raises it's ugly head....keep on going ask God to forgive you, repent and keep on going...It is Jesus ,that saves us and he is the author and the finisher of our faith, temptation will come, resist and he will flee. Jesus makes away of escape but sometime we get so caught up we ignore it. God does love you and by his grace and mercy we are healed from porn and other afflictions. Read the word and get types on the word. Jesus is the word,if you do not quit and trust God,porn will leave one day and never come back, you will have a testimony to tell another suffering with the same thing.....

I will surely pray for you. Just be strong, do what drug addicts do while trying to overcome their addiction, slowly reduce the amount of time you look/watch it. Not a huge, overwhelming reduction, but just less and less and soon you will find yourself not even interested. But most importantly, be strong in prayer. I feel that God has a purpose for you, and you just verily strayed from his path. I wish you the best of luck.
And please disregard any negative comments about your situation.

I was also a addicted to a sin, I wanted to overcome but couldn't. But only with God's help I did it.
Actually when I took water baptism and continued with sin, God punished me. The punishment was too much to bear, but I was glad He punished. Now I am out of it completely..
Here's my testimony,

I am a member of a yahoo group called jesus_in_our_midst and I recieve daily emails and postings from lots of people in the group. I am a new Christian, and have been struggling with the same thing still. This is from a combination of two emails that I received this week. I don't have all of the answers and I don't have the power to overcome it, but the good news is God has both. If we trust in the Lord and give it all up to Him, then he will grant us the power and knowledge to turn a blind eye to sin.
Strive To Be Sexually Pure
Avoid sexual immorality. - 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 NIV
Be grateful that God made you a sexual being. Sex wasn't a mistake He
made when He ran out of ideas. When Adam first saw Eve he didn't
say "I'll bet she's got a wonderful personality! " No, he said, "This
is...flesh of my flesh" (Ge 2:23). But when we don't understand God's
original intent for sex, bad stuff happens. God doesn't want to
destroy our ability to experience our sexuality. No, He wants to
teach us how to enjoy it.
Saying "I'm reserving sex for marriage" may raise eyebrows and may
get you excluded from the guest list of some parties. So be it! When
there's physical intimacy without true commitment, count on it;
somebody's going to get hurt. You need to resolve in your heart to
read God's Word and follow His directives on the subject. And you
need to do it now, before you get into situations where you're
tempted to compromise your character, because then you've waited too
late.
We all struggle at times with our sexuality, particularly in today's
culture. Sex is such a deep part of us. And guilt about sex has a way
of making us feel separated from God like nothing else. So in order
to determine your values and set some ground rules, you need to vow
before God, "I'm not going to allow my impulses to dictate to me, or
sin to separate me from You. I choose to keep Your standards, to rely
on Your Spirit to give me strength day by day. And if I do sin, to
seek Your forgiveness, get back up and move closer to You." Count on
it - that's a prayer God will answer!
SoulFood Bible Readings: Heb 5-8, Matt 12:1-14, Ps 93, Pr 11:30-31
Romans chapter 7 verses 17-20
But I can't help myself, because it is sin inside me that makes me
do these evil things.
I know I am rotten through and through so far as my old sinful
nature is concerned. No matter which way I turn, I can't make myself
do right. I want to, but I can't. When I want to do good, I don't.
And when I try not to do wrong I do it anyway. But if I am doing
what I don't want to do, I am not really the one doing it; the sin
within me is doing it.
OVERCOME
"The devil made me to di." "I didn't do it; the sin within me did
it."
These sound like good excuses for sin, but we are responsible for
our actions. We must never use sin or Satan as an excuse for our own
wrong behaviour because they are defeated enemies. With Christ's
help, we can overcome sin. But we should never try to conquer sin by
our own power. We should depend on Jesus Christ, who has conquered
sin once and for all. If we look to Him for help, we will be able to
resist the temptation of sin.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY GREAT THINGS HE HAS DONE
Of course I will pray for you. It is not God's will that we sin or that we live in sin. He loves us all very much and wants us to be as close to him as possible and that means living a Christ-like life. Will we still sin? Yes, but we are forgiven because Jesus died for our sins. God bless you.
