I guess that would depend on you age. I mean if you are a minor then yes it is bad. If you are an adult and she is consenting then it really doesn't matter does it.

Being that good and bad don't exist outside of our own personal and collective subjectivity, no it isn't bad because 'bad' and 'good' don't actually exist.
Anyone, with varying degrees of difficulty, could conceive of a society in which having sex with your best friends mom was perfectly fine. However, in all practical reasoning, we do not live in such a society and therefore such actions are consider taboo.

No, as long as she is awake.
Honestly though, I would have to say that this is a very bad idea. Nothing will ever come from a relationship with the mother, but you will lose your "best friend" because he will never forgive you.
Not to mention she's gotta' be around 20 years older than you, and that's just nasty!

yeah, that's probably not a good idea. Given that I don't have any idea what the scenario is, in general you probably won't have a best friend much longer if they find out.
Would it be ok if your best friend has sex with your mom?

It is bad to have sex out of marriage. their is no age factor written in the word of God but immorality is.....If you where married to his mom I would think he would not be unhappy unless you are not around the moms age.
