If it's a mixed breed there's no way to tell because growth rates vary enormously. If I were to venture a guess I'd say anywhere between 25 and 40 pounds, but more likely closer to 25.

Small dogs mature faster than large dogs. A toy breed reaches full size by 6 months, a Great Dane will grow for 3 years! Take a look at its teeth. When all its adult teeth are out, it will be pretty close to its full height. Depending on the breed, it will then "fill out" for a few months.

Best person to ask is your vet; because a collie crossed with a bulldog is going to weigh more than a collie crossed with a whippet! Your vet can guess based on his build, type and height.
I had two collies crosses, one weighed under 45lb and was a bit overweight, and the other weighed just over 50lb and was a bit underweight. One was a glutton and the other a nervy, picky eater.

Are you sure about those ages? That's a very fast growth. Final will probably be about 3½ times 4 month weight
