You may need a blood test at the doctor's, if you are getting bruising without significant impact. It could be a blood disorder.

To get rid of bruising quickly, apply cold compresses for the first day. This reduces the amount of bleeding into the bruise, keeping it lighter. For a deep or large bruise do two days cold.
For the second and subsiquent days apply warmth. This speeds the circulation and therefore the healing.
There are ointments you can apply to reduce bruise healing time but a chemist (phamasist) can advise you on what to use.
An old-fashioned cure that works is to apply comfrey leaves to the bruise, but you might not have any of those.

Go to a doctor and have your B Vitamin levels checked as well as your iron, Protein C and S levels. You could have a blood disorder, too. Bruising is an indication of a deeper problem.

hirudoid cream helps a bruise come out and go quicker. some people just bruise easyespecially if you have fair skin. i have fair skin and my iron levels are fine (i eat red meat). ive had it all checked out and the doc came to the conclusion that its just how i am. i have no disease im not aneamic im healthy as.... so perhaps if you havent already go to your doctor and ask them to check what possibilties could there be for this to happen and go from there. if it turns out you're like me the above cream is good to keep in stock for the bruises. good luck

You should go to a doctor and get a blood count to see if you are anemic or if there is another problem causing the bruising.

i had a friend Ryan Duenas who just died because of ITP...moment of silence...ITP stands for Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura or Unknown Blood Disorder. It causes you to have a low platelet count. When you are diagnosed with this you tend to get bruises easily.
