Try going the full 20. If that doesn't work then I suggest trying a tingling or bronzing tanning lotion. Those accelerate the tan greatly.
I never saw results in a regular bed, but now I'm using a stand-bed which is much stronger, and the most I can do is 7 minutes without getting burned. If going 20 minutes with lotion still doesn't work I would try going to a salon where they have superbeds or stand up beds.

Try Neutrogena Summer Glow Daily Moisturizer SPF 20 to get the tan that you want in a shorter time. It helps to enhance the intensity of the sun to darken your skin faster than normal. It does not cause skin cancer as it has an advanced broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection of SPF20, which prevent damage caused by the sun's UV rays. Your maximum depth and intensity of color will be reached after about one week of use.

If you've been tanning regularly for two months, you should be able to lay the maximum that the particular bed allows. In other words, if you're laying 16 minutes on 20 minute bulbs or 30 minute bulbs, you should be fine moving up to the maximum time.

The first thing that count is where do you go when tanning. choose the best sun, like philippine sun. I 'm sure within two days you will get the the tan you like.

I will not say anything about skiin cancer, don't worry. that is so annoying. Ok so I would say yes go for longer if you want to get darker. if you are happy then just go for the same.
