find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You should take a look at a BMI chart to see if your in your optimal weight limit.

If your overweight, it's time to count calories! Its the only long term method that holds water.
So, find out how many calories you SHOULD be consuming

if you want to loose more weight, decrease your daily caloric intake by 500. Ideally, you'll loose a pound a week, because 3500 calories is equal to 1 lb.
Maybe you're not feeling toned, so couple that with some exercise!
Jog, lift weights (this may increase your weight because muscle weights more than fat) but you will FEEL healthy.
So, eat right, exercise, and you're good to go!
But don't compare yourself to others. Healthy is the goal, not boney.

Aww.. I feel for you honey. I also weighed probably that much at 13 also. It is tough to face those kids at school everyday. But don't worry. There are people out there who will like you for you and not what you look like. If it helps talk to your mom or dad about exercising together... or see if there is a sport you can get yourself into at school. Also, if you research online look into balanced meals, with veggies and everything. You can also see if maybe you could start a club or sumthing at your school.. to walk.. or sumthing exercise like, and get people to join you in your efforts. Its much better to lose weight with people, then to try it on your own.
