find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

One of my good friends recently lost about 40 pounds, I'm not sure you want to lose that much weight but if there's anything I've learned from her jogging/running will exercise every part of your body and help drop weight everywhere. Also, pilates is a good way to tone your body..it will be difficult as first but don't get discourged, it will soon become not only a good exercise but also a good way to relax. Also..drink LOTS of water, balance your diet of vegetables and fruits and meats and poultries. Don't deprive yourself of your favorite snacks but keep them in MODERATION! Hope this helped :]
