Correct spelling in Italian is "Stupefacente"
pronounce is stoo peh fah cehn teh.
As and adjective it means stupefying , amazing, astonishing. As a noun it means drug, narcotic, dope.

Stoo-pah-fa-che-en-tay With stress on "che-en". In Italian when a c is followed by an i it is pronounced like "ch". But I like the gestures answer haha
