find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

sometimes when your stomache growls, its because you're thirsty. i know it sounds weird but i always hear that. try drinking a glass of water, and waiting. if your stomache still growls, then have a little snack..fruits is an AWESOME choice..also i recommend the 6 tiny meal a day thing..you have tiny meals spread out over 3 hours at a time to keep your metabolism boosted (food speeds up your metabolism for a period of time, therefor you burn off more calories while you're doing simple things). make sure they are tiny meals though! dont have like 6 big meals! lol that wouldn't be too good. good luck!

I'm facing the same problem after two c-sections. I am planning to buy an elliptical and start working out 5 days a week. Also, plan to eat healthier.I hope this will work if not I don't know what else to do. I will let you know if it does.
