Or would I being do more harm then good, I was told that drinking pop and then brushing your teeth afterward can actually hurt your teeth because of the acid,
Am I better off cleaning my tongue not scrubbing my teeth and rinsing with water ? seems logical but I am not a Dentist

to beer or not to beer you should brush your teeth before sleeping ^_^ to have healthy and beautiful smile. Godbless

Brush them. I read waiting about 1/2 hour after drinking carbonated drinks. Brushing them right after can harm the enamel. Don't know if it's true or not. But either way, brush them, esp before bed.

Carbs turn to sugar. There are a lot of carbohydrates in beer. Brush your teeth. Otherwise you will have a nasty set of teeth after the sugar does it's number on the enamel.

i'm a dentist... yes you should brush your teeth after drinking beer (or soda, or any kind of drink with sugar content!). beer has carb which can be broken down into sugar and fermented by bacteria in your mouth. the product of the fermentation is acid which de-mineralizes your teeth and causes cavities.
