You could try switching to Flaxseed Oil tablets, which have less Omega 3 content than Fish Oil. Otherwise, maybe try taking your tablets with milk and avoid carbonated beverages while taking them.

Fish oil is the best form of omega 3 fatty acids, and is much better then flax. Nature Made and others have a different formula of fish oil on the market that will not cause the fish burp. I have seen both the nature made and the Kirkland brand at Costco. I am sure you can get it at other outlets.

Find a better brand. I use Natol Omega 3 purified Fish oil. Have not had any problem with it. I also take them while having my meal, at about the middle of it. And usually take them for Lunch and Dinner.

There is a brand who promises no burping side affects. However, I buy Costco's brand and have never had a problem with theirs.
