Hi,
I believe the best option for you is a professional microdermabrasion treatment. It wonțt last longer than 30 minutes, it doesn't hurt and it costs under $100 per sessions. Your suns spots and lines (if any) will diminish or even go away after a few sessions. This is the only downside... the fact that you will need around 8-12 sessions to see optimum results.
Talk to a dermatologist and see if the procedure is fit for you. If you dont have the money to go to a professional treatment, you can try one of those at home microderma kits. Olay is not the best option. Neutrogena, Susan Lucci and Loreal have better microderma solutions.

Hope this helps.

I have the same problem and YES it is caused by sun damage,,,UV rays. I started tanning a lot at a tanning salon and I began to notice a bunch of dark freckles forming right on my cheek bone. Looks like my cheek is dirty..lol But the only way to get rid of this is to get a chemical peel. The procedure will take a layer off your face and it's VOILA! Brand new skin!!!. This time I'm gonna take care of it.
Here's some info:
What Is A Chemical peel?
A chemical peel is the application of an acid to the skin to achieve a controlled burn to the top layers of skin. Chemical peels are used to remove
-ine lines, especially around the mouth
-small scars
-discolorations such as freckles or liver spots
-areas of sun damaged skin and spots of precancerous keratoses
I hope this helps you!
